Using 3.1 fresh install
Created 3 offers.
1. 10 off orders over $99
2. 15 off orders over $149
3. 20 off orders over $199
No codes required. Limited to one use per customer.
Placed an order for over $200 and the discounts applied properly.
Order is set to payment complete, shipping complete.
Using same login, I am able to get the same offers.
Seems the limiting to one time use is still not working. |

We are looking at fixing this in a future release. Currently, the feature that you are using only works with offers that have codes assigned to them. The interface does not do a good job of specifying this. We have yet to look into whether we are going to be able to efficiently tie the use to one user, or if we are going to have to lock it down so you can only specify use times with coupon codes. |
