I seem to be having some problems with certain pictures not showing up in bv commerce at all.

I can't say exactly for sure what is causing this, but when I upload certain product pictures or pictures to use with the Flash Image rotator, they never show up at all. I know the images actually transferred to the webserver, because I can type the URLs of the images directly and see them in my browser fine. I can also choose them in BV's Image selector, but the actual picture doesn't show up, any where, in the store, the selector, flash rotator, etc.


I've tried .jpg .jpeg .gif .png and none will work. I've also tried resizing the picture, ftping it directly to the site, using BV's image upload thing, tried different sizes (ie 50kb, 45kb, etc).



What exactly is BV Commerce doing when it processes images. . . Is it determining that they are invalid. If so what are the exact image rules? Or is this all just a bug?



If anyone else has experienced this problem please let me know if you have a work around.
