I'm working with the trial version of BVC5 and trying to get UPS real-time shipping (RTS) rates working. I've got a UPS account number and I also have a UPS developer Access Key. I've tried using both the account number and the Access Key, but in both instances, I'm still not receiving RTS rates.


Does BVC5 log the request and response that it sends/receives when trying to retrieve RTS rates? If so, where can I find this.



The product in the cart when I'm testing weighs only 30 lbs, so there should not be an issue with max weight. I've also tried setting the option to use only weights and not dimensions, but I still get no results.



Anyone have any advice?

If you go into the editor for your shipping method, there is a "diagnostics mode" checkbox that you can set. Then all data is logged to the event log so you can tell why UPS is rejecting the requests.
