Disappointed to find out this morning that one of the things I could never figure out in Strorefront 6 has surfaced in BV 5 . . . when a product is NOT active (unchecked) how is it possible that a customer can still add it to the cart and purchase it? Happened last night with an item that is out of stock . . . magically a customer ordered it and paid for it. If you search for this item on our site, it does not come up, however, it will come up in search engines. Is the active box irrelevant if the product loads from a search engine? This has been discussed here before. I thought it had been fixed in 3.0 or 3.2... no? I didn't know you were a 6'er too. |
