1) I would know if BVC 5 use ASP.net 2 with VB.NET or C# ?
2) What code libray is open ? All code library with datalayer and core library tier or only UI tier ????
3) Are payment integrator library open for my personalizing ????

1) vb.net
2) Everything is included but 3 DLLs, Payment DLL, UPS DLL, License DLL.
3) Some payment processor source code is available but not all. You can add your own processors if needed.
