Is anyone else seeing more "PayPal Payment Collect Failed" orders? I thought this issue was fixed with an earlier update, but now I'm seeing many more of them (2-3 week) -- running 5.3.2. And the customers aren't even aware apparently, as I have to email them and email them and it's like, 'Oh really?' |

First report we've heard of this Joe. What's the network traffic like in your hosting facility?

I wouldn't think traffic would be an issue with the host -- that hasn't been an issue with any other facets, or other sites on my server. I'm wondering if it isn't a PayPal or customer issue (not clicking the finish button to come back to the site for instance). |

Joe, Are you authorizing or collecting payment on checkout? Previously we were authorizing at checkout and collecting when we shipped, but developed the same error you describe upon switching to sp 5.3.2. The suggestion from others on this board was to just charge/capture at checkout, which seems to fix the 'bug' I experienced.

No, we are charging full amount at checkout -- perhaps it was just a glitch with PP. |

I had issues with PayPal in our BVC5 Store before we upgraded to BVC5 3.2 We authorize when an order is received and Capture the funds when the order is shipped. So far it has been working well. |
