Trial software download.
Windows XP Pro with all patches.

.Net 2 installed

IIS 6

SQL Express with Management tools



After creating the store, it immediately gives the above error with the following information.

It seems like an IIS permission error, but I don't know enough about IIS to fix it and would like to know

if the MS knowledgebase article is ok to run.



Any help would be appreciated.

Found the answer: Make sure you install .net 2 after IIS, that way all proper permissions are set.
I deleted the bvc5 site, deleted the bvc5 database, uninstalled .net2.
Re-installed .net2, created the site and all is well.
