Running BV 5 SP2


I have setup a custom email template and a mailing list. When I send my email template to the list members the tags are not replaced. This does not appear to be an issue on the emails that are sent out for new orders, etc. Haven't looked through the core source to see if I can track down the issue, wanted to see if this is a known bug or if perhaps I am doing something wrong.
