I'm currently running 2 BVC5 sites with the same updates using the same Paypal api information. For some reason one site has no problem collecting Paypal payments and the other site never collects payment. Any ideas, I pretty sure both sites are using the same/up to date Paypal files.

Thanks

Rich

Are both sites connected to the same paypal account? If not, could you have different settings on the PayPal side?

Marcus,

They are using the same Paypal accout with the exact same login information. I checked my Paypal account to see if the API linked to a return URL address but couldn't find anything that would cause the problem. I think I checked all of the Paypal files in BV and they seem to be all the same files.

Paypal express does have a return URL and that might be why it works for one site and not the other.

Here's the user manual page:

Marcus,
You are correct, its been a while since I set up the first site with Paypal Express. You can have more then one e-mail address per Paypal account that you can receive payment through but only 1 site the accessess the Paypal API. I spoke with someone at Paypal today and was told I needed to open another Paypal account and you also have to open another bank account being you can't use the same back account number for more then one Paypal account.

Thanks

Hi there, can you tell me where to find the callback URL? I looked in the documentation you linked to but it doesn't refer to the callback url...

At the moment my callback is failing because the callback url is missing a / after the server and virtual dir name, so it is

http://localhost/CD_BVCBVModules

instead of

http://localhost/CD_BVC/BVModules

How can I fix this?

Thanks, Ben :)
