When assisting a customer with an order (taking the order from the Shopping Carts report and entering payment on behalf of the customer), the order does not get moved from the status of "Shopping Cart" and never appears in the Order Manager.
In order to move it, we have to manually change the records in the DB (IsPlaced, OrderNumber, StatusCode, StatusName). |
