All of the sudden my client's is giving them credit card and billing address mismatch errors. On the authorize.net side their logs show errors of "General Error (Invalid Configuration with Processor) ". Has anyone else seen this error before and what was the solution to resolve it? Thanks!

The error means that the problem is between the gateway (authorize.net) and the merchant account. Nothing to do with BVC or the host. I'll post once I get the problem fixed so anyone else encountering this will know what to do.

It turns out their merchant account provider had accidentally deleted their merchant account and that's why they could not process credit cards. The host they use kept insisting it was a problem with BVC and tried applying service pack 3 to their site disregarding any custom programming done on the site and wondered why it wouldn't work. It goes to show that it's worth taking the time to troubleshoot all angles and get to the root of the problem rather than doing something in haste and making the problem worse.
