Does anyone know why the cart cleanup would not be running? It is set to cleanup cart data older than 2 days and to run every 24 hours. It does not cleanup the data automatically but will run if I manually click the button.

The site has been installed for 7 months and generally runs OK. The code to call the cart cleanup is in the session_start function in global.asax and has not been modified. Are there any known bugs in the system with this functionality?
