On checkout - I've noticed that the customer is able to select paypal as a checkout option, but then input their credit card info into the fields as if paying by credit card. This may be a source of confusion for the customers, having them input fields that are not used. It would seem that the credit card input fields should be hidden if paypal is selected.
Anyone elso notice this or have suggestions? Thanks!

If you are talking about the One-Step Checkout, yes, the credit card info boxes are displayed -- I assume that if a customer wants to use PayPal, they know they don't have to enter credit card info and so they dont' -- never had a problem. I had the reverse when I had the PayPal button the checkout page, customers without PP accounts clicking on that to use their credit cards and they would get lost at PayPal. |
