BV5 SP2. Default work flow which has the send shipping info to customer assigned to it.
When order is complete and shipping info is added, the email is not getting sent to the customer.
I checked the last few orders and each customer has no account created through the system due to the one step checkout process, we're only *forcing* them to enter an email address.
Does this affect the process? |

Hi Matt -
I encountered this as well a few months back, and BV support stated "This is a known bug we're working to resolve in service pack 5.4." I've experienced it both when users are logged in as well as when they do not have an account as you are seeing.

Thanks for the response. We're behind the 9ball... at SP2 so if it's going to be fixed in the service pack, that's good news. |
