Stored Closed, Admin password changed ????

I have had this happen to me on 3 stores over a time period.
randomly store closed was checked,
wondering if it has happened to someone else ??
is there a security hole, where BV has a secret way "user login" way to getting into the store ?
that has some how gotten out ? |

Did you remove or change out the standard admin user? That is the only way to get in - with an admin user account.
It is very easy to lock yourself out, but not possible to get back in without a configured admin account or direct access to the DB.
In the admin roles area make sure all users are accounted for. |
