We keep getting an error when we try to run the bv 5.3.2. update. It says our cart need to be at least at sp1. Our cart is at sp2 and does not allow us to update. We have opened a ticket last week but no response so far. Anyone seen this and figured it out?

Well we finally worked this problem out. What we had to do is since we could never get the updater file to run we went in and manually ran all the scripts by double clicking on them. We also updated all the files manually with ftp. We started from the oldest update we did not have and worked through to the newest. I think the problem we were having is that the error it was printing was we needed sp1. Ours said it was at sp2, but it was 5.2.2 and needed 5.3.1. If the error code was a little more specific it would avoid some confusion.
