on my "ship by UPS" form, I'm getting a UPS shipping price, then "Service Options:" for $1.80, then the Total Cost.
what's the Service Options that is being added here?

Service Options = the cost for the options in the Advanced section (insurance, delivery confirmation, etc) |

that's what I thought but we haven't got any of those set up, unless I'm missing an option setting someplace.

any further help on this - the $1.80 is added each time the order is over $100 - seems like insurance fee is getting automatically tacked on - but how? where?
