Discount existing order? Codes don't work.

We have a customer who bought 150 of an item on the site then called in and asked for a discount. We cannot use the admin discount box since it won't download as a field when we download our orders. We set up a marketing code and tried to use the code in the edit order page and it said the "code not valid for this order" but it was. How can we discount this order? Thanks!

Try setting up an "offer" that gives the discount and then recalculate offers for the order |
