When i create my store and use the site manager when it reaches FTP bit it comes up with error 550 cannot find the FTP path it does not exist.
can somebody please help me

Kev,
Usually an error 550 during FTP means that permission is denied to the specified destination url.
Check your permissions.

Hi Vinny
Thank you, it is very strange because i can upload using ftp voyager and not site manager. I am becoming very frustrated now.

Kev,
Who is your host? They should be able to work it out in minutes for you. We run installs on new stores all the time, It shouldn't take anymore then 10 minutes tops. |
