I have entered my account number, applied for a meter number and entered that in and left the service URL as default: https://gateway.fedex.com/GatewayDC However, when I try to check rates it says: "$0.00 - To Be Determined. Contact Store for Details" In diagnostic mode, the event log displays XML error and it lacks an originating address. I believe this is the problem...is there somewhere in admin panel where I am supposed to enter my address? I called FedEx and they said the meter number has correct information (address) and tied to my account number. I cannot figure this out. Is the originating address supposed to be included in the XML request OR is it tied into the meter number? Do you think there is a problem with the meter number? Please help...thank you!

Be sure the store knows where the product is shipping from - set on the product edit page. Manufacturer, store, vendor.
Set the store addy at (Green tab) Content > Store Info |
