I am currently running 5 SP3.1. Can SP4 be applied directly or will I have to move to 5.3.2 first?

SP4 will support upgrading from any previous version of BV Commerce 5. You do not need to install any prior service packs. They will be applied automatically during the update.

Thanks Marcus, that's good news. I'd like to request that the instructions for applying SP4 also include how to manually install it to a remote shared server for those of us who don't have a local copy installed on a development machine.
