have other merchants out there been experiencing fedex rates not returning at an increased rate lately? |

Matt -- I had an issue about 2 weeks ago on a Sunday morning where there was an issue with the FedEx servers, but none since. |

OK. We're just getting random orders with no shipping charges. A majority of the time the orders are "light" so I'm wondering if there is a correlation between an item being .2 lbs. and fedex not liking it. |

An update. This might be related to this thread: http://forums.bvcommerce.com/default.aspx?f=78&m=57621 However, this is a BV2004 store, all orders on the site do not get shipping calculated when the customer enters a ZIP+4 code. |
