I already posted this problem on the Technical questions forum but received no response http://forums.bvcommerce.com/default.aspx?f=78&m=59213. I really need some help about how to get around this problem if I cannot fix it. When anyone pays by Paypal eCheck, the order stays in the shopping cart and does not get converted into an order. The details can be viewed in reports/shopping carts. The PayPal payment works with a correct PayPal transaction code, but the order never appears in orders. Can anyone suggest how I can convert this into an order? If we cannot convert into an order, we are not going to have a full record of all order history and the inventory is not going to be updated. I should also mention that PayPal processing works correctly if the payment is not by eCheck. Any help would be appreciated. This has happened twice in 2 weeks and is a serious problem for us. Are we doing something wrong or is it a bug? Thanks, Jenny |

Hi Jenny -
I know that eChecks from PayPal take up to about 7 days to actually clear; do you know if these are converted to orders after the payment clears?

Mine come through as orders just fine -- when they clear at PayPal they are marked as paid.
Do you have the latest build and all the hotfixes? |
