Bulk editing of shared modifiers - possible?

I've got some complicated modifiers set up for various models of picture frames. In order to come out somewhat even on shipping, when the horizontal and vertical sizes are selected from drop-downs the price, weight and shipping are adjusted. There are 12 lists with different prices for each whole inch from 6" to 31" - see below. Each choice changes the price, weight and added shipping cost. Don't ask how long it took to create these!!!!! (I manually cut/pasted values from a speadsheet for days, thank God for alt/tab) http://www.missionfurnishings.com/Products/Slim-Mitered--Bead-Picture-Frame--3-inch-wide-rails__MAS805slim.aspx My question: Some day I'm gonna need to adjust these values - there are hundreds. Is there a way to dump this mess into a spreadsheet so I can adjust them and re-load the shared modifiers without using the built-in tools? I am very short on db management skills.
