We recently upgraded to 5.4, and our site is now on a full trust server, which resolved issues we were previously having, but now we are having the following issue...
We are using full Authorize.net not storing Credit cards locally, which all seems to be working fine and I am not sure if it is even associated to [color=#ff0000>GiftWrapAllowed</FONT>,]

Did you delete the associated product from the database?
For example, let's say you have a product called Apple and that someone orders 1. That will create an order item that references the Apple product. If you then delete Apple from the catalog, you will get the error you reported (null reference when accessing AssociatedProduct).
If you did not delete the product, then something may be going wrong with catalog caching. |

Hello,
One other thing, the screen where I enter the DB Connection String in order to update the DB never appeared after fixing the permissions issue.
