error when applying for a meter number from FedEx

I'm getting the follownig error when I try to apply for a meter number from Fedex BV5
*
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Element type "EmailAddress" must be declared.
Anyone else have this problem?

Try leaving email field blank and submitting again.

I applied on their website, instead.
