Run time error while trying to remove a promotion from cart page

SP 3.2, FF and IE6. Fresh computer has the same behavior. I'm entering a phone order for a shopper and realized that his order doesn't meet the lower limit for a large order discount, set at $1,800.00 and above, so I tried to remove the promotion from the cart by clicking the "X". I'm getting a run-time error. I went back and made the promotions usable with other promotions, unlimited, etc. If I complete the order, the next cart doesn't have any promotions on it. The test order's customer email shows the promotion's text, even though it doesn't apply. Anyone else not able to remove a promotion? I can't get rid of either of these even if I empty the cart and start over as a different user. This isn't just a cookie thing, the promotion can't be removed from the cart on another computer either. can you paste the error that you get? wondering if it's a validaterequest error. |

I believe the issue was fixed in 5.4.

This isn't a big deal... the number of times someone might enter a valid promo code and then try to cancel it must be very small. If it's been fixed in 5.4....... More of an FYI bug posting. From the event log: 2/2/2009 4:49:33 PM System.Web Invalid postback or callback argument.
