5.4 rev 5: Hot Fix F - Forgot/Reset Password is sending encrypted password

This is not actually a bug in the code but rather a configuration problem.
1) Go to Content->Email Templates->Forgot Password
2) Edit the template and make sure that the password tag is set to [[NewPassword]] which will email the unencrypted password.
3) Save the changes.
