5.4 rev 5: Hot Fix G - Viewing Orders in Admin can fail when product no longer exists in database

The GiftWrap code added 5.4 is lacking a check to make sure the lineitem.associated product exists on the admin view order page. This fix resolves the issue allowing you to view orders for items that no longer exist. Unzip the attached files into /BVAdmin/Orders overwriting the existing ViewOrder page to install. Hey Marcus,
This is triggering another error for me. When I click the shipping button on the ViewOrder.aspx page, I get the error below. This is not a huge problem for us due to the fact that I can still see the tracking number under Private Notes.
