Maybe a silly question but I just downloaded and upgraded from 5.3.2 to 5.4 last week. Do I also need to apply HotFixes A-H or are they already included?

Hotfixes are usually individual fixes for a particular issue. You would have to apply them or wait until the 5.5 comes out.
