so i get a call this morning from the guy who does our artwork and he tells me he cant log onto bvadmin (www.domain.com/bvadmin/) i'm unfortunatly away from any computers for hours, but about 1 hour ago i get to a pc and sure enough the license claims to be expired, but more like completely gone, no reference to it at all. i look around for it and i cannot find my original. i did subscribe for a 30 day demo and i installed that license, that has me back up at least for now, but who do i contact about getting a new license?

You can login to your account at http://www.bvsoftware.com/store and click on your order details. That will let you redownload your permanent license file.
