Estimate Shipping window error in IE 8 only

Wasn't sure if this was being addressed for SP5, but the EstimateShipping.aspx will return a server error when someone enters their zip code to receive rates when using IE 8 (in default mode)
It probably is related to the Anthem library. I added a custom HTTP header to the IIS website for a workaround to force it in IE7 mode for all pages.
"X-UA-Compatible" "IE=EmulateIE7"

Yes, SP 5 adds the meta tag to force IE7 compatibility mode. Anthem requires this.
