On the setup page for analytics I see this:
Use Google Ecommerce Tracking: Google Store Name: Google Category Name:
I'm not sure what to fill in for the Store Name or the category Name.
I use GA e-commerce tracking on other sites and I've never come across those terms. We just put the GA code on all the pages and make sure that the necessary GA e-commerce fields are present on the check out page confirmation page.
How do I set this up for GA?

Store Name: Anything you want. Usually your store's name like "BV Software Store" Category name: Usually "products" but could be "services"

Sort of. The store description is free but the "category" should be one of Google's predefined selections like "products" or "services" so reporting works correctly.
