eliminate out-of-stock items from pull-down?

Is there a cart setting so that the size pull-down shows only sizes with inventory >0? Right now it says "size out of stock". Thanks! www.kansassampler.com

I'm pretty sure there is no cart setting for this; you would have to program it, or manually hide the variants that were out of stock.
