When do you reserve Inventory in your store?

I'm just curious as to when most people that are using Inventory tracking reserving the inventory? Do you reserve "Add to Cart" or when "Order Saved"?
Trying to decide which is the most useful and accurate for customers on the site.

Dan -- I set it to "Order Saved" but I wish there was another option of "Order Paid" -- that way it only is taken from inventory when I receive payment and not before waiting for a check that never arrives.
I have so many visitors adding stuff to a cart and leaving that it would never be accurate if I used "Add to Cart" -- I can't even see using that. Just look at your shopping carts and you will see that would never work. |
