alternative to nsoftware IBizPayWeb for authorize.net? (will not run on rackspace cloud site)

I have finally solved the SSL issue with BVCommerce 5.5 running on a Rackspace Cloud Site, and the entirety of the software stack, except the nsoftware.IBizPayWeb, runs correctly.
Speaking with rackspace technical support they told me to try asp.net impersonation, which did not work. They then pretty said the nsoftware module will not run in their elevated-medium trust level, and the solution was to contact nsoftware or bvsoftware for a fix.
I downloaded the v4 of the IBizPayWeb module for asp.net and that does not fix the issue, ergo my guess is that there's no way to get this module to run on rackspace?
Is there an alternative possible that anyone can suggest?

Isn't the solution simply to change host to someone like Resposio?

There is a direct BV Software module for Authorize.Net included in 5.5 and registered by default in 5.6.
You need to look at the /app_code/TaskLoader.vb file to load up the BVSoftware.Payment.AuthorizeNet processor in 5.5
