UPS shipping from the order page works "similarly" too UPS WorldShip and is good for 1 package. But with WorldShip you can choose multiple packages all going to one destination and get the better rate when packages ship for example as 1 of 3 and when the total weight is 100lbs gets the 100wt discount. The way that the UPS shipping works in BV is each package is created separately even when multple packages are created from the order screen. Or am I missing something??
Yes you can create individual packages. But when you select "Ship This Package" even though UPS ground ( for example ) is the method it by passes the UPS tool and just creates the package as shipped. I guess you need to use WorldShip in that case and manually copy the tracking number to complete the shipping??
Again am I missing something??

Nope. There are limits to the shipping that is built into BV. Worldship is produced by UPS and has access to features and functionality not in their web services. Have you looked at Shipper from http://www.structured-solutions.net ? It allows you to easily connect BV to WorldShip.

To be clear, Shipper 3 works with ShipRush for UPS rather than UPS WorldShip. ShipRush can create multiple packages and Shipper does easily connect with BV. |
