Hi. We have a client who had a BV Commerce store setup for them by a developer that did not apparently finish the installation all the way. The contact form sends email successfully, but they client does not receive email when a new order is placed. Can anyone help us track down and correct the issue?
<OL> * Sending a test email from the Options > Mail Server section works fine.
* The same email address is defined in Options > Email Addresses for both "Contact Page Email Recipient" and "Email New Orders To."
* In Options > Orders the correct email address is displayed in "Email New Orders To" field.
* In Options > Workflows > Process New Orders > Send Email To Admin, the Email To field is set to Admin. We tried changing that to Custom, but still no order email was received. </OL> Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you made sure that the mail isn't being stopped by a spam filter or blacklist on the client's mail server? It may be interpreted as a mass mailing piece. |

also make sure that all of the FROM email addresses are set correctly in your admin for all emails; you can find each of these under the ADMIN / CONTENT / EMAIL TEMPLATES |
