trying to launch new BVC5.7 store (converting from bvc2004.7) and am having issues with PayFlowLink. Transactions are erroring out with a "Error: Invalid Merchant or Merchant doesn't exist!" message in BV logs. However, I'm using the same username, password and Live URL as in the bvc2004 store, and PFL works fine there. Anyone else seeing similar issues with PFL?

here's the exact event log info from BV:

<html> <head> <title>Payflow Link</title> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" /> <link href="stylesheet/payflow-table-default.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" /> <style type="text/css"> body { background-color:#; background-image: url( ); } #payflow-link { font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; background-color:#; color:#; margin: 0; padding: 0 2px; } #payflow-link thead th { background-color:#; padding: 0; font-size: 19px; color:#; } #payflow-link tbody th { background-color:#; text-align: left; width: 25%; border: 0px solid #000000; font-size: 12px; font-weight: bold; vertical-align: text-top; padding: 2; color:#; } #payflow-link tbody td { background-color:#;; text-align: left; font-weight: bold; width: 75%; padding: 4; margin: 0; font-size: 12px; color:#; } </style> </head> <body> <div align="left"> <div id="payflow-link"> <p class="note"><br/></p> <!-- Logo/Display Name --> <h1> </h1> <!-- End: Logo/Display Name --> <p class="note"><br/></p> <div class="pageMargins"> <div class="pageMargins"> <div class="formContainer"> <div class="formContainerBody"> <div class="errorMessage"> <img src="images/icn_message.gif" alt="Message" border="0" class="updateIcon" />

here's the response I got from PayFlowLink support:

"Either the login or partner is not getting passed over correctly. Make sure the application is passing over these fields and that they are correct. You mentioned you set their username but didn't say you set the partner. The partner should be getting passed over. If you don't have an option to set it, it may be something that is hard coded."

There is no field for the "partner" (or "password") in the edit area for PayFlowLink in bv5; is this hard-coded somewhere else in the code?

The setup screen in BV may be confusing because the labels have changed. In version 5.6 they are labeled as follows (we'll be changing them in the next service pack):

Merchant Vendor = PayFlow Partner

Merchant Login = PayFlow Vendor

Merchant User = PayFlow User
