Hello all,
We are having an issue with our site that is happening several times a day.
The site will get slow, and then no items will appear. The categories, and all menus display fine (slowly than normal but do display), but the items do not display.
Our t-shirts page, for example, will be empty even though there are over 130 shirts in that category.
When it is not having this issue, the site runs fast.
We're looking for a "BV Expert" to help diagnose this problem. Our host shows no errors or issues on their end when this is happening.

Yes, it is the same site. Our cart is very customized, and I believe the issue is that we need to have someone do a tune up on it.
I was hoping to get some contacts for people that are "BVC Experts" that might be able to help. |
