On what page(s) is this happening? Have you always been getting this error? If not, what has recently been changed on the site?

Sorry for the late reply.

Have you checked the jQuery script file to make sure that it is not corrupt? You can always get a fresh copy of it from the BV install files. Also, I don't think BV uses the jQuery script on the homepage, so it sounds like that was added to your site. If the jQuery file checks out, then there's probably some JavaScript code on the homepage that's referencing and causing a problem.

I would try upgrading your site to SP 5.6. SP 5.4 was some what of a hotfix upgrade. It may benefit you to upgrade to the latest and greatest version.
