Modifiers - How to not display if out of stock

Hi,
Is there a way to put one of the modifiers out of stock?
Product-modifier:
baby bib-blue
baby bib-red
baby bib-pink
And if the red is out of stock is there a way to just display blue and pink?
baby bib-blue
baby-bib-pink

Product modifiers don't track inventory, so I don't think that is possible. You would need to use product choices. |
