Affilate sales triggered by promotion code. Quote needed.

I'm looking for a quote to create/modify the existing BV software to do the following. In BV there is already the tools for Promotion Codes and Affiliates. What I want is to link the 2 together. Instead of an Affliate sale being triggered by a URL ID I want it to be triggered by a promotion code. Also to have the option inside the promotion code to create 2 discounts. 1 for the customer and the other for the affiliate. e.g. 5% customer and 10% for the affiliate.
