A customer and my dad keep getting the same error when view a specific product on our website. My dad is using firefox 3.5.6 as well as myself, but he gets the error and I do not.

Just got another one when trying to view an order status. I'm getting these from customer service but i still can not replicate them.

Do you know if your customer and dad are running any internet security software? If so, these have been known to mess with the data that is sent back to the server, thus causing the server to throw an error.
