Hi All,
I have a product with available quantity 5 and out of stock point 5. As I understand in this case system should send a low stock alert, but it doesn't happen. Is that a bug in bvcommerce or there is another way to receive low stock notifications? For example Product A should be listed in that notification if only 3 available and Product B when only 5 available?

What period of time do you have your Low Inventory process to run and send you an email? It will not send one at the time it goes below the "Reorder Point" -- the "Out of Stock" measurement does not trigger the inventory email, it's the Reorder Point that does. |
