Sports Shop theme won't work with some aspects of 5.6

I am using a significantly modified version of the Sports Shop theme (and would like to continue using it). For the most part it works with 5.6 except for some things like "analytics" This is what Marcus had said to do but I have been unable to get it to work ................... The first error is caused by your Sports Theme not getting upgraded to be 5.6 compatible. A new content placeholder was added in the <head> section for inserting javascript and styles. Easy to fix if you need that theme but inserting the <asp:contentPlaceholder> tag from the BV5 theme. ................... Any idea what exactly needs to be changed and/or added to the master pages? give this a shot in your master page. Add the red code to the <head> section.
<head>
......
......
......
[color=red><asp:ContentPlaceHolder]
<FONT color=red></asp:ContentPlaceHolder>[/color]
</head>
Don't quote me but I believe it's only needed for your checkout.master page.
Make backups before you upload! |

Derek,
There is also an "EndOfForm" content placeholder. Do a "diff" between your modified sports theme and the one that ships with 5.6.
