I am receiving errors when attempting to use eProcessing. These are the errors: 2/11/2010 Authorize Error: Gateway does not support 'Authorize'. 2/11/2010 Authorize Funds Failed 2/11/2010 Charge Warning: Transaction Declined - tml> Response Code: h Response Text: tml> I have entered the correct eProcessing merchant login and this URL: https://www.eProcessingN....Com/cgi-bin/an/order.plI have set it up to authorize only and will process when the order is filled and shipped using the eProcessing login interface. Thank you!

It looks like eProcessing doesn't allow "Authorize Only" perhaps -- what happens if you have BV set to "Authorize and Capture"? |

Only have 2 choices in BV: Authorize at Checkout, Capture Funds Later and Charge Full Amount at Checkout
I believe that eProcessing allows us to Authorize. Once processed at site, I would login into eProcessing and capture the funds.

If you set it to Charge Full Amount -- what happens? It really looks like eProcessing is either not allowing Authorize only, or you have a setting at eProcessing that needs to be changed to match BV |

I did change to Sale and received this message: Charge Warning: Transaction Declined - TML> The following errors have occurred. (13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.
I think you are right (need to change a setting at eProcessing). I did notice this message which is in the Eprocessing transaction declined message that I received in the order manager of BV - "This merchants' account is not enabled on this system". I think this means that eProcessing sees a merchant account that is not enabled/live???
I think the issue is a simple setting change, but..... which one...
Do you do ASP development work for other BV sites or just your own?

<LOL> I'm lucky if I can edit the CSS and a bit of the code to tweak things without making it crash! |

eProccessing is telling me that the variable that BV is passing is not correct or being accepted. The told me to change it or remove it.
My question is: where is the variable in BV, so I can edit it?
Thanks
