I apologize as this is probably very obvious to most folks and I should know this...but just want to confirm.
I am using PayFlowPro as my processor with BV5.6 and am suddenly getting support calls for folks unable to complete their orders. I think this is because the customers are schools, registering for an event, who are using the schools address as opposed to their own billing address.
This would cause a "decline" correct?

Hi Aaron, yes I am getting a lot of orders through the system. It just seems that the odd order is getting blocked and the generic credit card error message does not seem to be terribly informative as to what the problem is. I have modified the error message in the workflow so that it states for the user to ensure that they are entering the correct billing address... I will see if that makes a difference.
