PopulatePaymentList Dropdown not displaying Purchase Order as Option

Greetings, I recently put a new store on the web that has a PO option available for checkout. I have had a few folks that have entered the wrong payment type and checkout but completed their orders. I then go into the BVAdmin site to update the order to a Purchase Order but I see in the bottom selection there is no option for Purchase Order. (See attached screen shot) IS there a quick fix to update this Dropdown list to show purchase orders? Anyone? I sent an email to the Tech support people about this and didn't even get a response?
I don't mean to be a pain on this but any response would be appreciated.

A purchase order is not a payment method in this scenario. From this screen you are accepting payments. The payment for a purchase order would be a "check".
If you really want to have a place holder for the PO number or something. Use the OFFLINE payment option as it has a notes field, but accept the payment as zero until the check arrives for the PO, the create another payment for the check. Essentially you would just be creating a place holder. |
