I just went in and converted a shopping cart to a new order and received payment for the order, marked a complete etc. etc. but it does not show up in the order manager. It's invoice number, 1506 has been skipped. If I go back and look at the shopping carts it shows still being there for $40 but if I go in and view it it shows complete, paid, shipped and a zero balance owing???

you cannot convert a shopping cart to an order -- it's technically not in the "right place" -- what you need to do is create a new order for the customer and mark it as paid and shipped. |
